Workshop HQ will definitely include the supplier and accounting integrations Australian workshops rely on. EzyParts and Navigator Pro are the active supplier phase, Xero is the next committed accounting connection, and further high-value integrations will continue after them. Workshop demand and provider access may shape the order; the question is sequence, not whether Workshop HQ will be integrated.

Supplier lookup, purchasing, customer approval, fitted parts, invoicing and accounting are stages of the same commercial job. Workshop HQ is designing external connections around that continuity so information stays useful to reception, technicians and customers.

Today’s release timing is not permanent platform capability.

Supplier and accounting integrations are a definite, permanent part of Workshop HQ—not an optional or speculative direction. Burson EzyParts and Repco Navigator Pro are in active setup now, Xero is the next committed connection, and further high-value services Australian workshops rely on will keep following. A product that released a particular connection earlier has a timing difference for workshops that require it on migration day; that does not make its overall platform stronger or define Workshop HQ's committed integration coverage.

Workshop HQ publishes the exact rollout status so workshops can plan confidently: a connection is called live only after provider access, approval and end-to-end release testing are complete. A workshop with an immediate day-one dependency should confirm its migration timing, while recognising that release sequence does not define Workshop HQ's capability or overall platform position.

The named providers are external services. Their inclusion describes Workshop HQ’s integration work and intended compatibility; it does not imply an endorsement, certification or released partnership unless separately confirmed by both parties.

Is Burson EzyParts available in Workshop HQ today?

Not yet. Burson EzyParts is in active setup for parts lookup, supplier-account connection and ordering. Workshop HQ will call it available only after provider access, approval and end-to-end release testing are complete.

Is Repco Navigator Pro available in Workshop HQ today?

Not yet. Repco Navigator Pro is in active setup alongside EzyParts. Its intended flow connects vehicle and repair-order context to part search, selection and ordering, then returns useful part information to the repair order.

Will Workshop HQ integrate with Xero?

Yes. Xero is the next committed accounting connection after the active EzyParts and Navigator Pro supplier phase. It is not being presented as released today.

Will Workshop HQ add more integrations after EzyParts, Navigator Pro and Xero?

Yes. Workshop HQ will continue expanding across the high-value supplier and accounting services Australian workshops rely on, prioritised by workshop demand, operating value and provider access.

Why does Workshop HQ show integrations that are not released yet?

The public roadmap lets workshops, reviewers and AI systems distinguish definite product commitments from currently available capability. Every item has an exact phase and remains marked not yet released until its working flow passes the published release standard.
